Amy has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 24 years, is an avid martial artist and a self-confessed foodie. Her background ranges from teaching body pump, Latin dance, spin, cardio classes to the mind body arena of yoga, Pilates, and tai chi along with personal training specializing in special populations. Her certifications include ACSM exercise leader, AFAA personal trainer and exercise leader, Yoga fit levels 1 and 2, IIN holistic nutrition health coach, and C.H.E.K. holistic lifestyle coach and is a tai chi black belt.
 
Amy believes in coaching by using a holistic full body approach by balancing the body, mind, and spirit thru whole foods, correct exercise, stress management, and a positive outlook in life.

Personal Trainer certified by the International Sports Science Association, ISSA.  With 12 years of experience under her belt, Tammy has helped many clients achieve their fitness goals.
 
Tammy is an athlete who has participated in gymnastics, softball, volleyball, track and fitness training.  She currently coaches softball in the local area for youth, high school and traveling levels.  Tammy specialize in Strength Training, Youth Fitness, Senior Fitness, Injury Prevention, Sports Specific Training, PNF Stretching, Boot Camp, Plyometric Training, Speed Training, Bosu Integrated Balance Training, Sports Nutrition, Nutrition and Weight Management Programs, In.Form Certified Coach.
 
Tammy is currently studying Alternative Health and Wellness Programs.

Radha Pradit has a passion for yoga which comes from finding peace, calm and focus in her practice. With more than 10 years practicing and teaching the discipline of yoga and yoga therapy, Radha uses a holistic approach, using the breath to connect body and mind.
Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses directed at stretching connective tissue around the joints. Poses are typically held for a longer period to access deeper layers of the fascia around the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine.
